Absolutely avoid this dealership. They are the worst in customer satisfaction and assistance after the sale. I hated my EV vehicle. I had higher remorse and range anxiety. It simply was the worst car I ever bought. I purchased an expensive warranty for battery wheels and body protection around $5000. They sold me a damaged car. I bought an extended service warranty to be safe just to find out that when they put new tires on the car, it voided any service warranty because they aren't factory original size. The car also has a pre-existing cold air intake on it that also voids the warranty I was charged $4000 to protect me against major issues. Well, 6 weeks after buying the car, it needs $9000 in driveline parts that the warranty will not cover due to the "modifications".

Went into the dealership to take a test drive and make a deal on a 2024 Trax that was in Transit. I was presented with the numbers and there were 2 items that I was not interested in. Once I advised that I didn't want the options, I was told that I would not be able to place a $500 hold on the vehicle.

Do not do business with this dealership! I called on a truck that I was told at 10:30 am was available, only to have them tell me at 5:30 pm that they sold it around 1:30 pm. This dealership adds up to $10,000 in additional fees to the advertised price. Market adjustments, Club charges, etc. Don’t fall for their tactic of trying to get you in the door. If you’re looking for an a dealership with a foundation based on integrity and customer satisfaction look elsewhere.
Tamyra Daniels and the finance department, shady from top to bottom. Ended up with 9 percent and she knew it! Sent an email to her and she said just refinance! Claimed she didn’t know! They are scam artists and she is the worst!
Stay away from this outfit! There was a recall for faulty door switches. I went there in May with good working windows. They claim they changed it out. 6 Months later my windows would not work. I brought back my van to have them replace the faulty switch which THEY installed or didn't? They don't let you see what they are doing.

Service department was wonderful to work with when my son’s steering module went out on his Silverado. However, the alignment failed 2 weeks later when a bolt came loose. It has a warranty but they are not willing to honor it. Manager decision but it’s unfortunate. We will not use them again.

I was looking for a new truck in the Tampa Bay area and there were not many to choose from as I looked at several dealers in my area. Wonderful Experience!! Robert Elting was very accommodating. Top notch process, and a friendly "feel like family" personality. Terrible service department, will damage your vehicle. My new camaro SS was damaged on its first oil change and they would not fix it and denied any Involvement with it. Service department left Curb rash on wheel and bent a control arm leaving the car with a vibration.

On 24 Jun 19, I test drove and put a deposit down on a new 2018 Chevrolet Volt with 4000 miles, and requested delivery scheduled for Sat 29 Jun. The dealer indicated the vehicle was a dealer demo, came with the manufacturer's warranty, and did not indicate there was any damage. Brian spent time with me and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was happy with the financing, and when a problem arose with the car (the audio did not work) he made several visits to the repair center to make sure the correct person was addressing the problem. When it turned out it could not be resolved same day, he arranged a loaner vehicle and dropped mine off to me when it was ready. Bottom line is he is a very attentive person and makes sure everything is right for his customers.
The reason I would say jim Brown is a great place to get a car is the warrantys and Brian Reid my sales guy was helpful respectful and helped get me a good deal.

This is the worst dealership in the Tampa Bay area. They are scammers selling lemons and ripping people off. There management and staff are so unprofessional they will refer you to GM who will do nothing but give you a run around. My son is a student at USF in Tampa. His car needed to be towed to Jim Browne Chevrolet for a no-start issue. Service manager Andrew Gentile fielded my call as I alerted him that Allstate Roadside Assistance was towing my car to him.
I received a call from Andrew Gentile stating that the tow truck driver had caused damaged to the front of my car while he (Allstate tow truck driver) was unloading it.

Excellent people and the service and how the deal with people is unreal. I couldnt even believe that a dealer could handle business this way. Will come back for service of my Traverse and it looks like will stay with the dealer. Scott, Brian and Noah were extremely professional and considerate with me and my family.
